Paramount has the ability to provide overall engineering and design support from the earliest stage of new product development. We see ourselves as an extension of our customers own in-house engineering and design facility, not simply a manufacturer of precision moulds.

Paramount, with its fully networked CAD/CAM operation, offers the facility to provide initial models, through prototype and pre-production, to fully automated production moulds in a range of technical materials and tooling types. These include 2 and 3 colour material moulding, gas injection, compression and injection moulds for thermo-sets, tooling for automotive lighting, insert and outsert moulding, multi-cavity fast cycling for the packaging industry, in fact tooling to cover all aspects of plastic moulding.

The workshop is equipped with the latest and most advanced CNC machines, with digitising facilities and capable of generating fast, powerful cutter paths. This is complimented with our in-house hot runner controlled mould sampling facilities and supported by a computer orientated highly skilled workforce which enables us to give our customers an on time value for money service.

Above all the company is committed to product quality and implements rigorous stage and final inspection procedures while meeting customers product launch/programme dates.
